You need to enable the Meow mode, and Alexa will start talking and meowing to your cat while it is home alone. Besides this, Alexa is now able to feed your pet. Well, it is not actually Alexa that does this, but you can connect it to a smart pet feeder such as Petnet, and you can program through Alexa when you want it to dispense food for your pets.
In order to access this mode, you need to enable the Dog Feeder skill in the Alexa app. From there, follow the instructions; they are pretty easy, so anyone can use this function.
6. Order takeout or an Uber
If you are living in a busy city like Los Angeles or New York, you know that if you get out of your home, you need to rely on public transportation. But what happens if you don’t want to do that? Well, if you don’t have a car and you don’t want to rely on public transportation, there is only one option left for you: take an Uber or another car from a different company.
If you usually use Uber and you were planning to call one but, because you were so busy, forgot, now you can simply say, “Alea, ask Uber to request a ride.” and your car will be there in no time.
